Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Who we are
Afterglow is a browser extension operated by Illia Ivanyts, Wesuweer Hauptstraße 47, 49733 Haren (Ems), Germany (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Afterglow you agree to these terms.
2. What Afterglow does
Afterglow changes how the YouTube website looks and which items it shows, in your own browser. It is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension on your own devices. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute it, or share your licence key.
4. Free and Pro plans
The free plan is provided as it is. Pro is a subscription (€2.99 per month or €24.99 per year, taxes added at checkout where they apply). It starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@afterglowfeed.com; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.
6. Third-party services
Afterglow depends on the structure of the YouTube website, which can change without notice. We do not guarantee that every feature works at all times. You are responsible for following YouTube’s own terms.
7. Warranty and liability
The extension is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
9. Law
German law applies, except where mandatory consumer law of your country applies to you.
