Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Afterglow. If you are not, you can request a full refund of your Pro payment within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@afterglowfeed.com with the email used for the order, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Free trial and cancelling

The 14-day trial is free and needs no payment details, so nothing is charged when it ends. You can cancel renewal at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle.
